The Reunion of old friends

shadow coughed but then smiled and shot war in the belly he held her down on him with the other arm

(can war go out cold?)

she pushed him off and threw him on a rock and was out cold

a few minutes later

shadow sat over war he was bleeding and dizzy but he held his hands over her belly tears in his eyes
why why did i do this
a dark black glow came from his hands healing her

Egypt came up to him and put a paw on War's head she is dying, no amount of healing can change that she said then smiled Alas, she won't die, Arvons have 10 lives, she is now on her 4th she said.
War woke up and flipped away from Shadow

as war woke up shadow's eyes widened with relief
but looked away as she flipped away from him
he got up dusting off his clothes
his head hurt hi wounds too but they were healing

War looked at him regretfully but said nothing, only called the griffins and bid them to go back and be safe, she turned away from Shadow and as she did so Egypt sighed.
War went to the stream

he turned into a falcon and flew off to the stream but far downwind
shifting back he cleaned his semi-healed wounds

War touched the water and her reflection appeared in the water and she walked away

shadow sighed head in hands sitting on the edge of the river

War sighed and appeared behind Shadow she put her hand on his shoulder

i'm sorry i'm so sorry i couldn't help it
he sighed and relaxed a little as her hand touched his shoulder

War smiled and sat down next to him it is fine, i don't blame you she said and hugged him then pulled away from him and smiled people can go crazy sometimes, even I do, but it is mostly at night she said
