at the bar**

I walk under the moons glow
Half in silver light
Half in shadow
Each half wants to own me
The darkness grips me in its power
Binds me to its dim paths
And sad outcomes
The light beckons me to its glow
Its joy, and its promises
I will have to fight to free myself
From the black sad grip
And reach for the lights glad joy.
The battle between the comforting blanket of the dark
And the vulnerability that the light reveals
Weighs heavy in the thought wells of the mind
But the choices must be decided
Between the dark and the light
Each with its pitfalls and its rewards
For now the struggle wages
To and fro
In the end there shall be a victor
I pray it is me….

War didn't look up, but shadow overwhelmed the light and War stood
Stop treating us like a child, we may be young to you, but in truth we are not children, think about that shadow she said coldly and walked off

War growled games? what games, shadow? Games are a lie, their are no games only lies, now, shadow, no one and nothing is a game or a child only a lie of timeshe said not turning back

Light moved her had across the shadows beside her.

The shadows are miss understood, they are not cared for, they must find respect in fear.

Light wrinkled her nosed at him.

I'm guessing you dont mind getting filthy

Light smiled.

Light flinched. The mark the snake had made was pulsing. She placed her hand on her neck which was ice cold.

Light felt tears form in her eyes. She was shaking the pulsing was now a stabbing pain julting though her neck making it hard to breath. A tear slid down her cheek, hopping the pain would end soon.

shadow grabbed either side of her face and forced her forehead against his taking away some of the pain

Shadows forehead on hers dulled the pain but did not get rid of it. After a few moments it stoped she closed her eyes and breathed in deeply. She smelled shadow and dirt. Light managed a smile.

War looked at them i was murdered by the shadow's and blinded by the light, i am a shade of Grey, no color, there is only Grey and black. Now, if you guys want to stay here, i will be on here she said climbing on a mountain top and bowing to the sun, sky, moon, and shadows.
War smiled and took out her dagger gods guide it, find my place in this world, lead me she said throwing the dagger forward to the shadows and another to the light

After 2 min, the daggers came back, the one from the light sad nothing, but the one from the shadow's said

be yourself, kind, friendly, caring, courageous and strong minded, don't for get who you are and who you care for War smiled.

The 'it' smiled as well and shape shifted to look like War, It came up to Shadow and punched him in the back of his skull and knocked him out then pushed him off a ledge near him and laughed as his powers were useless, it was guarded by forcefield, so no wings or anything of that sort, plus he was out.
The real War felt a huge stab of pain as he was pushed downNOOOOOOOOOOOO!
War ran to the ledge and jumped down and caught him 10,000,000 feet down and put him under a smaller ledge near the mountain and attacked 'it' pushing it down to it's death.
War ran back to Shadow and place him carefully on the ground and whipping the blood of off him, she could do nothing, no magic could help with a wound from 'it' like this. She sat next to Shadow, hoping he would wake up. War put a hand on his head and whipped up more blood with her shirt feeling a tear roll down her cheek.

Light came and nelt beside Shadow a well. She placed two fingers on his neck, he had a pulse. She then gently pushed his chin upward and moved her ear right above his mouth, his worm breath sent shivers down her spine. Light looked up at War, and whiped away some of the tears.


Gods, War please dont cry. He's fine, just needs some rest. Light looked back down at Shadow and whiped away some of his hair out of his face.

War shook her head i only cry for one reason, if it was my fault anyone was hurt, i should have killed 'it', i didn't and paid the price she said looking at Light.
War gave her the dagger i think this is why she said giving her the dagger from the shadows that had writing on it

shadow opened his eyes slowly

War laughed a little have a good nap? she asked whipping the blood off the back of his head.
'it' screamed as it died at the bottom of the pit. what was 'it' anyway.... she wondered.
but as she heard the scream she recognized it my father? she whispered. he had come to her in her dreams and guided her, but why would he do such a thing to her and her friends? Then again.... he did have a.... murdering side. Was it his ghost? What if there was more? What would happen then?
War shook the thought out of her mind and jumped down to the bottom of the pit and looked at the 'it'. it was her father, well, his ghost at least.
War's jaw dropped and she walked over to him. her father's ghost moaned "war.... be careful, i am sorry for what i did, i can't repay it, but yet i can. Hold the sun in the hands of fate, bow down to darkness, sun, moon, cloud, and sky, find them, they bring-" but he couldn't finish, his head rolled over on the ground and he died.
War held her father and said bring what? who are they? she whispered to herself.

Light sat cross legged next to shadow hopping war stayed safe. Light then looked down at her right palm. Light slowly moved her fingers in and out. A white mist seemed to form cirling in her palm. Sparts of the mist gently danced up her arm. Light fround as the sparks faded at her elbow. Without worning a White ball of fluff plopped into her lap and fell asleep.
